AI OPS / 01 · Catalog cleanup · enrichment · migration
CMake Studio cleans, normalizes and enriches product catalogs for Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces and custom stores. Send CSV, XLSX, XML or an existing export; receive structured product data ready for import and review.
FAST START
A fixed-scope first batch can start immediately. No long consulting engagement required.
Payment is handled through PayPal after scope confirmation so the transaction and invoice trail stay with the buyer and CMake Studio.
WHO IT FITS
Stores with hundreds or thousands of inconsistent product rows
Distributors importing supplier catalogs into ecommerce systems
Teams missing descriptions, attributes, brands, categories or clean titles
Businesses migrating between ecommerce platforms or rebuilding product data
These are launch prices for tightly scoped work. If the input is materially larger or more complex, the exact scope is confirmed before any payment request is sent.

DELIVERY
AI is used where it improves throughput, but deterministic validation and explicit exceptions stay part of the workflow.
Upload or share the catalog export plus the destination platform or required schema.
Automation cleans the data, standardizes fields and flags ambiguous rows instead of silently guessing.
Where the source data and rights allow it, missing structured fields are generated or mapped from reliable references.
The final output includes the cleaned catalog plus a clear exception file for anything requiring review.
No. Enrichment is based on data you provide, licensed or publicly reusable sources, manufacturer references where appropriate, and generated copy where that is suitable. We do not promise unauthorized extraction from protected sources.
Yes. CSV/XLSX exports from common ecommerce systems are a strong starting point, and custom schemas can be mapped as well.
It is flagged. The workflow is designed to avoid silently attaching the wrong specification or image to a product.
Yes. After the first batch proves the rules, the same logic can be turned into a recurring supplier-feed pipeline.
