This notice explains what information the CMake Studio website receives when you choose to get in touch and how that information is used.

THE BASICS

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, the website may receive your name, email address, company or organization, project type, budget range, preferred timeline and the project details you choose to submit.

Why it is used

That information is used to read your enquiry, understand the requested work, reply to you and continue a project conversation when appropriate.

Storage and email delivery

Website enquiries are stored in CMake Studio’s private project-request database so they can be reviewed and followed up, and may also be transmitted through an email-delivery provider to reach the CMake Studio inbox. Admin access is restricted. The site does not intentionally sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Abuse protection

The contact endpoint may temporarily use request information such as an IP address in server memory to limit repeated submissions and reduce spam. This limiter is used for site protection, not advertising or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

The current site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If analytics, accounts, advertising or other tracking features are added later, this notice should be updated before those features go live.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records and correspondence may be retained while they are useful for the project conversation, business records or legitimate follow-up. Requests can be archived internally and removed when they are no longer needed.

If you want to ask what information was provided through an enquiry, correct it or request deletion where applicable, contact CMake Studio directly by email.
