Delivery and recovery

Payment should never leave you without the build.

PayPal handles the payment. After a successful purchase, the checkout redirects to the private founder delivery page containing both current platform packages.

If a download is interrupted, the delivery page can be used again. If payment succeeds but delivery still fails, contact info@cmakestudio.com and include the PayPal transaction ID so the purchase can be checked. Never send a PayPal password or account credentials.

Glassforge’s core modeling workflow is offline-first. A cloud account is not required for the core desktop editor.
